Refund Policy

All refund requests are subject to the terms outlined below. While we aim to handle every case fairly and promptly, we reserve the right to decline a refund if the request falls outside of our stated conditions. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under South African law.

Refunds will be considered for items that are unused, undamaged, and returned within the specified return period. Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests. Certain items may be exempt from being returned for hygiene or safety reasons, as clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

• Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

• If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary.

• Where applicable, shipping costs are non-refundable.
